· The Global UGRAD program aims to provide undergraduate Pakistani students enrolled at a university in Pakistan with an opportunity for cultural and academic exchange. Through the Global UGRAD-Pakistan program, participants can experience a non-degree semester at a university in the U.S.

· Applicants of this program are required to be in either their 14thor 15th year of formal education.

· Students enrolled in either, a four-year bachelor's program or a two-year bachelor's programs are eligible to apply.

Eligibility for the Stamps Scholarship is automatically considered for Early Decision I and Early Action applicants who submit all First-Year Admission Requirements by the November 1 deadline.

The selection process involves identifying semi-finalist candidates, who will be invited to provide a short response to a pre-determined essay prompt. Finalists will be chosen based on a thorough review of their applications and supporting documents, including their responses to the essay prompt. These finalists will be notified of their status during the late January admission cycle and subsequently interviewed by the Stamps Family Charitable Foundation. The final Stamps Scholarship announcements will be made by early March.
